Returns/Exchanges

Southern Cross is committed to providing our customers with gear that fits their dogs properly. If you try a vest or collar on your dog and don't like the way it fits, we welcome exchanges for all unused gear. To request an exchange, please print out the PDF form linked below and mail it, along with your gear, to the address on the form. if you are uncertain about your sizing or believe you may need a custom fit/alterations, please contact us prior to returning your gear.

Southern Cross Returns/Exchanges Form

NOTICE-

Returns or exchanges sent in after 30 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges after one year of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method from which they were received, minus the cost of shipping. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive and process your return, but the actual refund time will depend on your bank or card processor.
Please note that all returns or exchanges of custom/made when ordered gear are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This is because custom gear is a uniquely built item that may not be able to be resold, and we must rebuild a replacement for any exchanges. Most companies do not offer exchanges on custom gear at all.

Return Shipping Costs:

You must cover the cost of getting the returned item to us. However, we will cover the standard shipping cost of sending back the replacement/new exchange item. This applies to USA exchanges only. International exchanges are responsible for both shipping to and return shipping costs.
